You'll work at one of our storefronts in San Francisco and Santa Clara or travel into the community in our mobile scan vans, and directly provide our DEXA scan services to clients at various gyms, workplaces, health fairs, and other exciting locations.

What Will You Do?

• Deliver our services into the community, by driving one of our scanning vans and/or working in our storefronts.
• Serve as the warm, smiling, face of the company - to clients and the public, but also to our gym and corporate partners.
• Take ownership of your events from setup to tear down, exemplifying excellence in service delivery and customer service - all while making a genuinely positive impact on dozens of people each day.
• Provide DXA body scans to individual clients.
• Assist the team with with general administrative and maintenance-related duties related to our storefront, machines, and equipment.

Note:

Compensation:

All-in total expected compensation as a first-year licensed MHT: $36.65 per hour or $76,242 per year

• Your effective pay rate grows based on performance or at annual performance reviews.
• As a full-time employee, you are guaranteed weekly pay equivalent to 30 hours of work, but can earn more by working more. Part-time employees can maintain a more flexible work schedule, but do not receive a weekly guaranteed pay.
• Full-time team members and part-time team members working 16 hours per week or more will receive a bonus of $250 - $500 per month if the broader team hits our monthly revenue goals and individual performance goals.
  • All goals are designed to be challenging but doable, and we hit all our monthly goals in 2023 except one.
• All team members regardless of status or position are eligible for stock option grants and annual bonuses which are awarded based on performance.
• We expect both hourly and bonus compensation to grow as the company continues to grow.
