Job Description

We're seeking a dedicated Resgistered Nurse to support our patients' healing journeys. The Registered Nurse serves as a care consultant and provider for patients with various wound care needs. As the Wound Nurse, you'll not only provide care but also educate patients and their families on healthy practices. This role is accountable for collaborating with the health care team to define and communicate the expected patterns of care for our patient population in an effort to improve patient outcomes. The ideal candidate will exhibit responsibility, excellent training, and the ability to deliver outstanding nursing care with minimal supervision. Your role as a Wound Nurse (RN/LPN) will include adherence to health and safety protocols to ensure consistent, high-quality nursing care. Registered Nurse Responsibilities:

• Conducting comprehensive patient assessments
• Providing care for patients and management of their conditions, with regard to vital signs and lab work
• Collaborating with Physicians and various disciplines within the hospital in order to manage patient care
• Assisting the medical staff with in-house procedures
• Interacting and communicating with patient family members

• Active and unrestricted Georgia Registered Nurse licensure.
• BLS and ACLS certification
• No prior experience required.
