Job Summary: Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Aide/CNA to join our team in providing exceptional care to seniors in the Honolulu, Hawaii area. As a full-time individual contributor, you will play a crucial role in assisting our clients with activities of daily living and ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. Compensation & Benefits: We offer a competitive salary of $18 to $25 per hour, paid weekly, for this full-time healthcare/medical position in the franchise industry. Scheduling Options : Flexible scheduling Choose your own shifts Recurring shifts, Part-time, Full-time and On-call positions Workplace Selection: Multiple facilities to choose from, select a workplace/ Clients that suit your preferences Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing, grooming, and oral care
• Help with mobility and transferring to and from beds or chairs
• Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and pulse
• Administer medications as instructed by the client's physician
• Prepare and serve meals according to dietary requirements
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients
• Report any changes in the client's condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals
• Follow all protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of clients

Requirements:

• Valid Nursing Aide/CNA certification in the state of Hawaii
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience working with seniors or individuals with chronic illnesses
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient, and attentive to detail
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
• Must have reliable transportation to commute to client locations
