• Reports To: Regional Director of Culinary
• Salary: $61,000 to $70,000

Job Summary

Summary: As a Warehouse Manager with Mazzone Catering, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of the warehouse.

Experience in hospitality and food service preferred

 

• Motivates, organizes and encourages teamwork within the workforce to ensure that productivity targets are met.
• Trains staff, monitors their performance and progress.
• Communicates with other departments, staff groups and internal customers.
• Oversees stock control and processing orders.
• Ensures that quality, accurate delivery and budget objectives are met.
• Responds and deals with internal customer communication in the most effective way available.
• Keeps stock control systems up to date and planning future capacity requirements.
• Produces regular reports and statistics as needed.
• Ensures the health, safety, cleanliness and security of the work environment.
• Oversees the planned maintenance of vehicles, machinery and equipment.
