Vault/Credit Assistant

Anaheim Credit has a great opportunity to join our team. The right candidate will possess excellent customer service skills along the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Be familiar w/Excel & Word
• Be a quick learner
• Have great math and analytical skills
• Great interaction with customers

• Answering and assisting customers and employees with credit functions.
• Cash posting
• Handling credit administration paperwork
• Processing Credit Applications for

• Assist the vault
• Ordering and tracking of office supplies for   

• Accounting A/R reporting
• Process payments through our Qcheck system

• This position is fulltime & hours are 8:am-5:00pm.
