UI/UX Designer job at Careerscape San Francisco, CA, US

Job Description

Our client is a product development company seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to join their remote team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about creating user-centered designs that solve real problems and deliver seamless experiences.

You'll lead design projects from research and wireframes through high-fidelity prototypes, working closely with product managers and developers to bring ideas to life.

Responsibilities

Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing
Create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
Design high-fidelity UI mockups for web and mobile applications
Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries
Collaborate with product managers to define requirements and priorities
Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation
Present design decisions and incorporate stakeholder feedback
Continuously iterate based on user feedback and analytics

Requirements

3+ years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products
Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process
Expert proficiency in Figma including prototyping and design systems
Experience conducting user research and usability testing
Solid understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards
Familiarity with front-end development concepts and handoff workflows
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field preferred
