Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented Technical Writer to create comprehensive training manuals and documentation that will support our sales department in effectively communicating and selling our cutting-edge technology to audiences of varying technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, write, and maintain high-quality training manuals, user guides, and product documentation for our sales team.
• Work closely with engineers, product managers, and sales staff to gather information and translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible content.
• Produce documentation that covers both software and hardware aspects of our products, ensuring consistency and clarity.
• Assist in the creation of marketing and sales materials, including brochures, white papers, and presentations.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with the company’s branding and messaging.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our documentation processes.
• Support the federal grant writing process, as needed, and develop post-grant materials for federal agencies and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a technical writer, with a strong focus on creating training and sales documentation.
• Familiarity with RF technologies, 5G, and spectrum management is preferred.
• Ability to explain both software and hardware concepts clearly to a non-technical audience.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in documentation tools (e.g., MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, Microsoft Word) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, Bills of Material, and other technical graphics.
• Experience with patent-related documentation and technical content is highly desirable, as it will enhance your ability to accurately convey our innovative solutions.
• Experience assisting with federal contracting documentation is a bonus but not required.
