Talent Acquisition Screener - Contract - Clayton, NC

Proclinical is partnering with a leading pharmaceutical company to hire a Talent Acquisition Screener for a contract role in Clayton.

Primary Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will enhance our client's recruitment efforts in the diabetes and pharmaceutical sectors. This role involves managing high-volume positions and collaborating closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a smooth screening process.

Skills & Requirements:

• Experience in talent acquisition or recruitment support.
• Strong communication skills for conducting phone screens.
• Ability to work collaboratively with recruiters and hiring managers.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

The Talent Acquisition Screener's responsibilities will be:

• Collaborate with Lead Recruiters and hiring managers to provide phone screening support for various business units, including Sales, Manufacturing & Quality, Clinical Trial Operations, and Field Medical Affairs.
• Review candidates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and create a shortlist for the Lead Recruiter.
• Conduct detailed phone screens and provide summaries and recommendations to the Lead Recruiter.
