Description: The Summer Marketing Intern will assist the Brand Marketing Manager with a variety of marketing tasks aimed at promoting the law firm's brand, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with marketing objectives. This includes actively supporting the firm’s marketing efforts across various channels, such as social media platforms, email newsletters, YouTube, and our website. The Summer Marketing Intern will be involved in tasks such as content creation, social media management, email campaign support, website updates, and other promotional activities. Candidates must possess strong organizational and communication skills, be able to multi-task, and work effectively as part of a team. This position will work under the supervision of the Brand Marketing Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities: - Repurpose content for various marketing channels, including social media platforms, email newsletters, and YouTube.
- Assist with editing weekly podcast video and creating promotional content, including short clips and highlights to promote podcast episodes on various platforms.
- Collaborate with the Brand Marketing Manager to develop strategies for leveraging podcast content across social media channels to increase audience engagement and drive traffic to podcast episodes.
- Assist with updating and maintaining website updates, including blogs, copy, and images.
- Assist with creating landing pages for conference presentations, optimizing them for user engagement.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Assist with day-to-day marketing administrative tasks.
Education and Experience: - Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Experience with social media platforms LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube.
- Ability to translate complex research into common language.
- Basic level experience in graphic design and video editing.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
- Extremely organized, detail-oriented, able to multi-task and prioritize their workload.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Must be able to work independently and as a team member.
- Law firm experience is not necessary.
