The Client Setup Quality & Configuration Summer Intern will support initiatives that ensure accurate benefit configuration and quality assurance across systems. This role offers hands-on experience in analyzing benefit data trends, supporting configuration testing, and contributing to process improvement efforts that enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
The intern will engage in goal-based analyses focusing on identifying opportunities for workflow optimization and generating higher ROI through data-driven insights.
