Stocking Team Associate Location Victor, NY :

```Overview:

Stocking associates work to ensure customers can find all the items they have on their shopping list. We are currently hiring for 1st shift Stocking team which is a 7am-4pm shift. Stocking associates will help customers on the sales floor while stocking shelves. 1st shift is responsible for rotations of products and the daily inventorying process.

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00.

*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Duties:

-Sort products in the backroom

-Stock products on shelves

-Inventory process

-Ensure aisles are neat and area is clean

-Engage vendors and drivers with a positive attitude

-Greet customers and answer their questions- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets

Experience:- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively- Multilingual abilities are a plus, as we serve a diverse customer base- Familiarity with technology sales or technical products is advantageous- Proven ability to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
