Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up forklifts to move, locate, and stack products within the warehouse.
• Load and unload materials from trucks and containers with precision and care.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on forklifts to ensure optimal performance.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
• Keep accurate records of inventory movements and report discrepancies as needed.
• Assist in organizing and maintaining the warehouse layout for efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a forklift operator, specifically with stand-up forklifts.
• Valid forklift operator certification is required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy items as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
