Job Title: Sr Manager of Continuous Improvement
Location: Salt Lake County – On-Site
Job-Type: Direct Hire
Salary Range: 130-160K -Annual
Referral Fee: $2,500


Who We Are Looking For
The Lean Continuous Improvement Black Belt leader who will oversee the strategy, direction, and execution of continuous improvement initiatives across various business units. This role involves leading, mentoring, and supporting CI initiatives and teams, as well as advancing the global Lean Six Sigma implementation strategy.

Responsibilities:
  • Build on global CI-Lean Six Sigma strategy progress to balance data-driven and people-focused continuous improvement.
  • Build key relationships with stakeholders across 4 independent manufacturing sites
  • Collaborate with management to identify and support CI and LSS initiatives.
  • Develop, maintain, and coordinate training materials.
  • Set and track KPIs for CI outcomes.
  • Lead and influence CI-Lean Six Sigma teams on cross-functional projects.
  • Support CI-LSS tool usage across the organization.
  • Lead and mentor a diverse CI core team (currently four members).
  • Potentially oversee strategic planning sessions.

  • Ability to build team and stakeholder trust through commitment to action
  • Flexibility, creativity, and resilience in solving buy-in issues.
Desired Qualifications
  • 10+ years Continuous Improvement
  • 3+ years in leadership.
  • 5+ years in manufacturing is ideal.
  • Mechanical Engineering background preferred.
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified; Master Black Belt a plus.
  • Strong influence, data analysis, and communication skills.
