Responsibilities:

Conduct virtual assessments and evaluations to determine students' needs and eligibility for special education services.
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) that cater to each student's unique needs and learning goals.
Provide engaging direct instruction and support services to students through our online platform, fostering their progress and development.
Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to create a cohesive educational experience for students.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to student progress, services provided, and communications.
Requirements:

Master's degree or higher in Special Education or a related field.
Valid state teaching certification in Special Education.
A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Special Educator.
Proficiency in using technology for virtual instruction and assessments.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport in a virtual setting.
A commitment to providing high-quality education and support to students with diverse learning needs.
