Join Our Team as a Construction Laborer!

 

Are you passionate about working outdoors and eager to learn new skills? We are looking for dedicated Construction Laborers to join our team! If you have experience in landscaping, building maintenance, or a related field, we encourage you to apply!

 

Location: New Albany, OH/Columbus, OH Area

Wage: $22-$24 Per Hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday and Most Saturdays, 8-12 hour shifts (OT is available)

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in Construction or a similar field.
• Physical Ability: Safely lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs; stand/walk up to 100% of the time.
• Reliable Transportation: Essential for commuting to job sites.
• Flexibility: Ability to work overtime, Saturdays, and some Sundays.
• Communication Skills: Excellent organizational and listening skills.
• Weather Resilience: Comfortable working in various weather conditions.
• Motivation: Eager to learn new skills and versatility in task completion.

 

Your Responsibilities:

• Support On-Site Projects: Assist Foremen and Superintendents with various tasks.
• Perform Diverse Duties: Landscaping, painting, light construction, material removal.
• Safety First: Follow safe operation procedures and use proper tools.
• Team Player: Show up on time, ready to work with a positive attitude.
• Respect and Professionalism: Maintain respect for self, co-workers, managers, and clients.
• Equipment Handling: Assist in setup and teardown and gather necessary tools.
• Job Site Preparation: Perform setup and cleanup tasks.
• Traffic Direction: Ensure safety of pedestrians and motorists when needed.
• Labor Support: Provide assistance to specialty crews.
• Safety Compliance: Wear Personal Protective Equipment and attend safety meetings.
• Positive Representation: Uphold the company’s values internally and externally.
