What You'll Do:

Alexander Shunnarah Trial Attorneys, a leading personal injury law firm, is seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to join our growing digital marketing team. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive SEO strategies to increase our online visibility and drive qualified traffic to our web properties.

This position can be remote or on site in Birmingham, AL. You must be currently located in the United States and a current green card holder or US citizen.

You will be responsible for all aspects of our SEO strategy, from technical optimization to content development, working closely with our marketing and legal teams to achieve our digital growth objectives. Additionally:

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies across technical, on-page, and off-page optimization
• Lead technical SEO initiatives including site architecture, schema markup, and structured data implementation
• Optimize content for both traditional search and emerging channels (voice search, AI/LLM interactions)
• Manage local SEO efforts across multiple locations, including citation building and local listing optimization
• Build and maintain a robust backlink profile through strategic outreach and relationship building
• Implement and optimize schema markup and structured data across web properties
• Create and maintain information architecture that supports both user experience and search visibility
• Conduct regular SEO audits and implement recommendations for improvement
• Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics, creating detailed reports on KPIs and ROI
• Stay current with SEO best practices, algorithm updates, and emerging technologies
• Collaborate with content, social media, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are followed

What You Need:

• Proven track record of improving search rankings and driving organic traffic growth
• Deep understanding of technical SEO, including schema markup, structured data, and site architecture
• Experience with local SEO strategies and multi-location optimization
• Strong analytical skills with experience using SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console)
• Proficiency in analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Experience with AI/LLM optimization and voice search optimization
• Knowledge of social media SEO best practices
