Zilliant is seeking a Senior Technical Content Developer to join our Content Experience team. As a Senior Technical Content Developer, you will research, author, and publish content that ensures our customers and partners can achieve their goals with Zilliant’s industry-leading products. We’re looking for someone who brings a passion for writing, a love of learning, and enthusiasm to our team!

What you’ll do:

• Develop technical content that is clear, concise, and relevant to a range of audiences.
• Craft intuitive UX copy to facilitate user tasks and goals.
• Deliver work that aligns with team-established standards for voice, clarity, and style.
• Work closely with product, design, engineering, and your peers to execute timely delivery of high-quality content.
• Collaborate with your team on reviews and internal initiatives.

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant professional experience
• Five or more years’ of experience authoring high-quality technical content
• In-depth understanding of the content development process
• Experience authoring and optimizing content for online delivery
• Proven ability to integrate complex ideas, strategies, and operational models into content that solves customer needs
• Experience with Markdown, HTML/CSS, and standard content authoring tools
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

What makes you stand out:

• Prior work experience in a B2B SaaS organization (preferred)
• Strong understanding of B2B and CPQ processes (highly preferred)
• Experience working with a docs-as-code approach
• Experience working in a multilingual content development environment
