Job Description

Salary: $89,900 - 89,900 per year Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent professional experience.
• 6 years of experience in SQL database administration.
• Advanced technical proficiency in one or more of the following areas:
• - MS SQL Server Administration
• - Indexing strategies and maintenance
• - Backup and recovery models
• - Clustering and high availability
• - Performance tuning of hardware and MS SQL Server
• - MS SQL Transact SQL Programming (T-SQL)
• - Server monitoring
• - PowerShell scripting
• - Database modeling/normalization
• - MS SQL Data Transformation Services (SSIS) Administration
• - MS SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) Administration
• - MS SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) Administration

Responsibilities:

• Lead projects or participate as a team member on multi-team initiatives.
• Employ advanced skills to develop, test, and implement database and environment-related projects and applications.
• Engage in database-related planning, change control processes, upgrades, testing, and ongoing maintenance.
• Provide both general and specialized support for SQL databases and environments.
• Investigate issues, liaise with vendors, and leverage specialized skills for problem resolution.
• Oversee the daily operations of assigned database systems and environments.
• Monitor and maintain uptime and performance data for associated database servers, interfaces, and automated processes as required.
• Serve as a mentor for others acquiring essential and advanced SQL-related abilities.
• Manage project components effectively and maintain technical documentation related to SQL databases and environments.
• Offer level 3 support for all database issues.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned.

This position offers a salary range of $89,900 to $160,600 annually, alongside a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase options, and 401k contributions (subject to eligibility).
