We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join a dynamic team in the consulting domain. ### Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize Salesforce solutions, including creating custom objects, fields, workflow rules, validation rules, approval processes, flows, reports, and dashboards.
- Perform integrations with third-party systems, handle data migration, and manage code deployment using tools like Eclipse, ANT, and change sets.
- Write and execute test classes to ensure code quality and system reliability.
- Maintain strong understanding of Salesforce configurations and customization best practices.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

### Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with strong hands-on experience in APEX, Visualforce, Triggers, JQuery, HTML, CSS, and SFDC configuration.
- Proven experience in developing and customizing Salesforce.com and Force.com applications.
- Proficiency in OOP concepts, as well as SOQL and SOSL query languages.
- Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Salesforce Developer certification (DEV 401) is highly preferred.

### Preferred Skills:
- Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Sales Cloud experience.
- Experience in Data & Integration solutions.

### Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

### Additional Information:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in Salesforce development.
- Travel: No travel required.
- Relocation: No relocation assistance available for this position.
- Work Authorization: Must be eligible to work on a W2 basis (No C2C).
