### Senior Salesforce Business Analyst
Location: Remote within the United States (EST Time Zone)

#### Compensation and Benefits
- Salary Range: $75,000 - $120,000 (inclusive of bonus/commission and benefits)
- Note: No sponsorship for non-US citizens at this time

#### Role Summary
As a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the success of our Salesforce projects. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to gather requirements, provide insights, and ensure timely, within-scope project delivery. Your deep understanding of Salesforce and ability to translate business needs into actionable technical solutions will be essential. While this role is primarily remote, you must be prepared to travel regularly to various client sites across the U.S. as project needs arise.
#### Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate workshops or meetings to elicit business and technical requirements, building consensus among stakeholders.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for implementation by the technical team.
- Work alongside project managers to keep projects on track and within budget.
- Analyze and interpret data to provide insights and recommendations for business process improvements.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist in training end-users on new features or changes.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features to deliver optimal solutions to clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with other systems.
- Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Mentor junior business analysts, sharing knowledge and best practices.
#### Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Experience working with enterprise-level clients and projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
- Availability to travel to multiple sites across the U.S. regularly.
- Salesforce certification or equivalent experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
