How You Will Make an Impact:
- Requirement Mapping: Partner with sales, marketing, product, and finance teams to gather and document detailed Salesforce requirements, aligning them with business needs.
- Data Quality Improvement: Address and resolve data integrity issues within Salesforce to enhance the accuracy and reliability of business information.
- Salesforce Implementation: Play a key role in developing and refining Salesforce CRM functionalities, contributing to all stages of the implementation process for effective integration.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a bridge between business units and IT, translating complex needs into actionable Salesforce solutions and fostering effective communication across departments.
- Agile Collaboration: Manage project workflows using Agile Scrum methodologies, ensuring timely delivery of Salesforce enhancements and continuous CRM process improvements.
- Documentation and Training: Create comprehensive documentation for Salesforce requirements and processes, and provide training and support to users to promote effective system use.
Are You a Salesforce Business Requirements Rock Star?
- Experience: At least 5 years as a Business Analyst, with 2-3 years focused on Salesforce CRM projects. Experience with Salesforce implementations and data management is highly desirable.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Salesforce CRM, including Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Service Cloud. Experience with JIRA and Confluence for project management and documentation is essential.
- Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies and a proven track record in an Agile environment.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to interpret complex business requirements, identify data quality issues, and develop effective solutions. Basic SQL skills are a plus.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels, both technical and non-technical.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive problem-solving skills with a focus on addressing challenges and implementing improvements.
- Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a willingness to take on diverse tasks and contribute to a collaborative team culture.
