As a Senior Product Designer working in our Ecosystems Domain, you will be working on turnkey integrations with world leading business platforms. Some of these integrations include Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Zoho and NetSuite to name a few.  You will be a key driver in helping the Ecosystem’s team carry out their mission — Empowering businesses to take customer engagement to the next level through seamless integrations. And you’ll be a part of a global Product team (EMEA, US, APAC) working towards Sinch’s bold ambition — Pioneering the way the world communicates.

As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll be responsible for:  

• Defining requirements and priorities clearly. Solving complex design problems with a strategic perspective and able to handle complex projects with a broader business understanding. 
• Delivering expert-level designs and prototypes, ensuring usability and adherence to brand guidelines. Driving best practices in design methodologies. 
• Being an expert in driving alignment and collaboration across multiple teams. Highly effective in conflict resolution and feedback processes. Known for being a strong partner to work with. 
• Having a reputation for high productivity and delivering significant value. Leading initiatives that enhance efficiency and impact. Demonstrates excellent problem-solving and prioritization. 
• Driving improvements in team processes and mentorship. Demonstrating strong judgment and decision-making. Frequently taking on leadership roles in projects. 
• Develop technical and design expertise in the area of CRM/ERP products. 

To be successful as our Senior Product Designer you will have proven experience working as a Product Designer, ideally within a high performing SaaS product environment. Bonus points if you have experience with CRM/ERP products or messaging software. You demonstrate leadership and excellence in your discipline by understanding competitors, providing proactive insights to the team, and helping to drive roadmap and GP growth. You can work harmoniously and collaboratively with Product Managers and Engineers. Bring a proactive attitude to all work, and are a strategic thinker who’s not afraid to get your hands dirty – by getting into the product, using it, and able to demonstrate functionality.
