Role :-Senior Control System Engineer
Location :-Hagerstown, MD
Job Description :-
Primary responsibility will be to develop Machine Control Software using Model Based development in Matlab, Simulink.
Understand desired vehicle functionality and subsequently transform the requests into functional software
Ensure design compliance to various regulations and standards across multiple regions and market
Use customer ECU hardware platform for machine control development
Utilize Controller Area Network (CAN) tools, proprietary programming tools, test benches
Participate in validation / regression test of software, Test/Debug source code when needed
You will assist in planning & documentation and direction of relevant activities through all phases of innovation and development
You will direct preparation of layouts, drawings, specification, and bills of material when necessary
Strong Control Systems Design & Development Background
Strong Hands-on experience with Matlab /Simulink and similar tools
Knowledge of Controller Area Networks (CAN) and related standards for vehicle communications, such as SAE J1939
