Are you a data-driven problem-solver with a passion for streamlining complex processes?

We're looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our team and play a critical role in implementing a brand new enterprise system for the Navy's supply chain.

In this exciting role, you'll:

Lead the charge in gathering and analyzing requirements for this cutting-edge system.
Work with stakeholders across the Navy to understand their needs and translate them into actionable plans.
Help design a more efficient and effective supply chain for the Navy.
Collaborate with a talented team of technical experts to make this vision a reality.
Analyze data and identify areas for improvement within the supply chain.
We're looking for someone with:

8-10 years of experience in business analysis and requirements gathering.
A strong understanding of supply chain management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience working on large-scale IT projects, preferably within the DoD or federal programs.
The ability to lead workshops, analyze data, and think creatively.
Bonus points if you have:

Experience with the Navy's Naval Operational Supply System (NOSS).
Lean Six Sigma or Project Management Certification (PMP).
Experience with agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
This is a remote position with occasional travel to meetings on the East Coast.
