We're looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our team and support a critical project for the US Navy (NAVSUP). This remote role offers the chance to help modernize the Navy's supply chain and make a difference in national security!

In this role, you'll be:

The Lead Architect: You'll guide the development of a new enterprise system to optimize the Navy's supply chain.
The Requirement Whisperer: You'll interview stakeholders, analyze existing systems, and translate business needs into clear requirements.
The Collaboration Catalyst: You'll work closely with technical teams, process owners, and stakeholders to ensure everyone's on the same page.
The Efficiency Enhancer: You'll identify areas for improvement and design more efficient supply chain processes.
We're looking for someone with:

8-10 years of IT experience, with a focus on business analysis and requirements gathering.
Experience working on DoD or federal programs (bonus points for NAVSUP experience!).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to lead workshops and collaborate effectively.
Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Knowledge of supply chain management and BPMN 2.0 notation.
Bonus points if you have:

Lean Six Sigma or Project Management certification.
Experience with SAP or other technical writing skills.
