About The Role
The Security Operations Manager will be responsible for the daily operations of Worldly’s security infrastructure, including its assets, data, and personnel. The Manager will own Worldly’s security policies, ensure security practices are compliant with these policies, and drive the continuous improvement of these policies and practices.
What You'll Do
Maintain and continuously improve Worldly’s security posture
Own Worldly’s security risk management practice
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete other security-related tasks and projects as needed
Improve Worldly’s subcontractor management approach and ensure its compliance with our data processing agreements (DPA)
Manage Worldly’s internal ITIL & ITSM, partnering with the Infrastructure team and maintaining compliance with Worldly’s security policies
Other duties as assigned related to security management
We'd Like to See
It Helps If You Have
Any certification related to security operations or administration is nice to have.
Security analyst and/or network administration experience is nice to have.
Experience in a fully remote and globally distributed work environment is preferred, but not required.

Compensation
$115,000 - $130,000 Annually
10% Annual Bonus
Incentive Stock Option Package
*Final compensation figures will be determined based on a wide variety of factors, including experience and location. These factors will be evaluated and considered by Worldly throughout the entirety of this process.
