Are you a talented Salesforce Business Analyst looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting remote opportunity for a skilled Salesforce Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be working on enhancing and optimizing Salesforce systems, troubleshooting issues, and developing new processes to improve user experiences.

What You'll Do:

Analyze & Troubleshoot: Dive into existing backlog and unresolved tickets, leveraging knowledge bases and run books to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
User Stories: Write clear and actionable user stories for long-term resolutions, ensuring all requirements are met and tracked effectively.
Process Improvement: Identify and address gaps in current processes, creating new workflows as needed to enhance user experiences.
Report Building: Use your Salesforce expertise to build and manage reports, ensuring accurate and insightful data for decision-making.
Collaboration: Work closely with the team to understand user needs, assign tasks through JIRA, and track progress on user stories.
Must-Have Skills:

Salesforce Experience: Proficiency with Salesforce Lightning, including troubleshooting and building reports.
User Stories: Ability to write comprehensive user stories for effective problem resolution.
Independence: Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance, taking initiative and ownership of tasks.
Nice-to-Have Skills:

Bilingual: Fluency in Portuguese is a plus.
Salesforce Expertise: Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, B2B Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.
Background Knowledge: Familiarity with transactional data in SAP and a background in manufacturing or supply chain management.
