Job Overview:
As a Sales Representative at Shinetoo Lighting USA, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships. You will play a key role in promoting our range of lighting products, including high bays, sports lighting, and outdoor lighting fixtures, while ensuring customer satisfaction from initial contact through to post-sale support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads and manage both cold and warm calling to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Promote and sell Shinetoo’s range of lighting solutions, including high bays, sports lighting, commercial, and outdoor fixtures.
  • Prepare and present quotes, handle negotiations, and close sales effectively.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely order processing, shipping, and delivery.
  • Provide product recommendations and technical guidance based on customer needs.
  • Track and follow up on sales leads, quotes, and invoices.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of Shinetoo Lighting’s products and industry trends.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings and provide progress reports.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the lighting or electrical industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Familiarity with lighting products is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
