Job Description
III COUNTIES DISTRIBUTING:

Is a family-owned, local distributor that distributes a wide portfolio of beverages, including Anheuser-Busch, Miller and Premium Non –Alcohol beverages, as well as fine wines and spirits. III Counties Distributing is committed to our customers.

Role and Responsibilities: Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
We are seeking a customer representative to serve as sales and service representative between III Counties Distributing in Safford Arizona and our retail customers. This is accomplished by performing the following duties.

  • Schedule 6:30 AM or before start time Monday - Friday.
  • Service retail accounts, merchandising shelves, maintaining inventory levels and freshness, and fulfilling general needs.
  • Form new and continue existing relationships with customers by visiting them in person, maintaining phone contact, and addressing issues or problems when they come up.
  • Maintain a strong understanding about product inventory to answer specific customer questions.
  • Plan, assist with, and execute various promotional events at retail accounts.
  • Work directly with other sales representatives, merchandisers, and drivers.
  • Create new methods or strategies to help the sales team reach and exceed sales goals.
  • Must follow all Southern Arizona Distributing Processes to ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Communicate with managers with any issues or ideas to improve workflow.
  • Attitude and behavior to be positive and professional at all times.
  • Keep Company Vehicle clean and organized.

Sales reps serve as the point of contact between a business and its prospects or clients and have a range of responsibilities including identifying and educating prospective customers while supporting existing clients with information and assistance that relates to products and services .
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, procedure manuals, menus, store advertisements, incentive descriptions, product descriptions, and system inputs and outputs. Ability to speak effectively to retail account personnel, the general public, and employees of the organization.
