Job Title: Sales Manager - B2B Account Team
Job Overview: We're growing and are excited to add a motivated Sales Manager to our team! In this role, you'll lead and inspire a team of B2B Sales Account Executives, helping drive their success and fostering a collaborative team environment. As the Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing sales performance, coaching team members, and encouraging everyone to reach their targets. Your role will be instrumental in achieving our ambitious sales goals while ensuring a positive and supportive workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with senior leadership and clients to create business plans aligned with our growth goals.
Recruit, lead, and mentor a team of Mid-Market Account Executives, cultivating a culture of success through coaching, training, and professional development.
Strategize and implement plans for securing Mid-Market business and meeting sales targets.
Develop accurate sales forecasts, monitoring and reviewing performance weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually.
Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and retention by managing customer expectations and providing outstanding service.
Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and delivery teams to build effective customer programs, aligning goals across Sales, Solutions, and Program Success.
Oversee the execution of client plans across various products and platforms.
Support team success by supervising pipeline development, forecasting, and overall sales cycle management.
Drive revenue growth through team motivation, strong leadership, and the promotion of best practices.
Develop and implement marketing strategies, keeping a pulse on market trends and integrating them into team operations.
Prepare and deliver regular reports for senior leadership, summarizing progress, insights, and goals.
Exercise sound judgment in handling important business matters.
Manage team performance through annual reviews, feedback, coaching, and staffing decisions.
What We're Looking For:
Demonstrated success in a B2B/B2C sales role with a strong record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Skilled in strategic problem-solving, project management, and team leadership.
3+ years in a supervisory or management role, with a proactive and hands-on approach.
Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, with the knack for inspiring and guiding teams.
Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field preferred.
Strong consultative sales skills, with creativity and innovation in the sales process.
Deep understanding of digital products and the ability to convey these to clients and stakeholders.
Strategic thinking with the ability to develop actionable plans and present them confidently.
Capacity to quickly grasp and explain complex product concepts.
Strong interpersonal skills, along with time management and multitasking abilities.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects efficiently with minimal supervision.
Self-motivated, with a strong sense of urgency and initiative.
Supervisory Level: First/Mid-Level
Physical Requirements:
Ability to work at a computer for extended periods.
Occasional light lifting, up to 10 pounds.
