Responsibilities: What You’ll Be Doing: • Hunting & Closing Deals: Talk to motivated sellers and hungry buyers. You’re the connector that makes it happen. • Building Real Relationships: Earn trust with sellers, cash buyers, and your team. People do business with those they like, and you’re likable. • Running Point on Transactions: From contract to close, you’ll help deals stay smooth and drama-free. • Changing Lives (Seriously): Help homeowners sell fast and investors snag solid properties. Win-win. Qualifications: What You Bring to the Table • Professional polish and a naturally positive attitude • Confident, clear communicator with strong phone game • Experience with real estate CRMs? Great.
