Job Description: The ideal candidate will excel in crafting compelling content in a marketing voice that is professional, engaging, and aligns with our brand's tone and style. They will also be adept at writing general business proposals and formal responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Quotes (RFQs), and Requests for Information (RFIs).
Responsibilities: - Analyze and interpret incoming requests for proposals.
- Participate in kick-off meetings, strategy sessions, and proposal project planning.
- Customize RFP responses using the proposal content library.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and proposal contributors to articulate complex product and service details.
- Review and edit RFP responses from SMEs and stakeholders to ensure clarity and coherence.
- Ensure all responses adhere to brand style and tone guidelines, providing coaching to SMEs as needed.
- Address key customer concerns and emphasize win themes in responses.
- Draft or review additional RFP attachments, such as case studies, project timelines, team bios, appendices, and compliance documents.
- Create RFP cover letters, executive summaries, and other marketing collateral.
- Assist with proposal knowledge management and content retention in SharePoint.
- Write blog posts and communications collateral for TopRight or clients during proposal cycle downtimes.
Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, English, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- 2-3+ years of experience in marketing or communications.
- Proven ability to write explicit, concise, and persuasive content.
- Proven ability to write in a tone that is both business-like and demonstrates our personality, which is professional and customer-centric.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Willing to work at EST Time.
What We Offer: - Competitive salary ranging from $55,000 to $70,000, based on experience.
