We are looking for a Part-Time Remote Counselor (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT) licensed in Massachusetts who’s eager to learn, collaborate, and make a meaningful impact-all while maintaining the flexibility of remote work.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide virtual counseling to children, parents, and families, supporting them through challenges and celebrating progress.
• Team up with neurologists, speech therapists, and behavioral clinicians to deliver whole-child care.
• Use therapeutic approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy to meet each client’s unique needs.
• Guide parents in creating a nurturing, structured home environment that fosters growth.
• Join family care meetings and work alongside fellow clinicians to ensure wraparound support for every child.

Pay Range: $47.79 - $59.74 per hour (based on experience, skills, and location)
