Job Description

We are looking for an dedicated Remote Cruise Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide expert advice and personalized travel planning services for clients seeking the perfect cruise vacation. You will work remotely to assist clients in selecting the right cruise line, ship, itinerary, and accommodations that align with their preferences, needs, and budgets. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of cruise products, exceptional customer service skills, and a passion for the cruise industry.

Responsibilities :

• Consult with clients to understand their vacation preferences, including destinations, cruise length, onboard experiences, and travel dates.
• Provide expert advice on cruise lines, ships, itineraries, and shore excursions, recommending options that best suit client interests and budget.
• Customize cruise itineraries to meet specific client requests, including special accommodations, dining preferences, and group bookings.
• Manage all aspects of the booking process, including booking cruises, hotels, flights, transfers, and shore excursions.
• Stay updated on new cruise ships, itineraries, special promotions, and industry trends to provide the best recommendations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Provide timely follow-up communication to ensure clients are satisfied with their travel experiences.
• Offer assistance and solutions in the event of travel disruptions or issues while clients are on their cruises.
• Collaborate with cruise lines and other vendors to secure the best deals and exclusive offers for clients.
• Handle administrative duties, such as managing client records, processing payments, and generating itineraries.

Qualifications :

• Previous experience in travel planning, with a focus on cruises or related travel sectors.
• Strong knowledge of popular cruise lines, ships, destinations, and itineraries.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage multiple client bookings.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using travel booking platforms, CRM tools, and virtual communication tools.
• Strong customer service skills with a dedication to providing a high-quality experience for clients.
• Ability to stay current on cruise industry trends, promotions, and new offerings.
• Ability to work flexible hours, as client needs may vary across time zones.

Job Type : Remote, Full-time/Part-time
