Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to drive CxO level conversations, present to senior leadership on Cloud and DevSecOps offering.
- Covert business requirements into technology solutions and forefront customers in technology and business requirements
- Present CXO level deliverables, presentation, and solutions at the leadership level
- In depth Understanding and ability to perform of Cloud Strategy assessment, Application portfolio
- Rationalization cloud landing zone build and cloud migrations.
- Understanding and ability to to perform DevOps maturity assessment.
- Drive the adoption of infrastructure-as-code practices, utilizing tools like Terraform or CloudFormation to deploy and manage cloud services.
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable cloud infrastructure leveraging Kubernetes for container orchestration.
- CI/CD tool administration, installation, and maintenance
- Understanding of Containerization management platforms like Hashicorp , Palette , Rancher etc.
- Implement and maintain monitoring and alerting systems for Kubernetes clusters and applications, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends related to Kubernetes and containerization, evaluating their potential impact on cloud infrastructure.
- Understanding of SRE practices and everything as-a-code
- Strong Knowledge of Cloud AWS/Azure/GCP CLI/PowerShell/SDK/Bash
- Strong understanding of Cloud native container technology AKS/EKS/GKE & PaaS Services ECS Fargate etc.
- Ability to manage small team of 2-5 people
Qualifications and Skills:
- Total 15+ years and relevant 7+ years of experience in a DevOps or similar role, with a strong focus on Kubernetes and container orchestration.
- Ability to migrate as-is , containerize and modernize infra for medium-large scale transformations
- Deep understanding of DevOps , CI/CD , SRE concepts, including deployments, services, administration , DevOps assessment
- Proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as Terraform / ARM / JSON/ Python/ Bash, or Go.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, including managing Kubernetes clusters on these platforms.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD concepts and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Argo CD) and their integration with Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform for managing Kubernetes infrastructure.
- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with a focus on automating repetitive tasks.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
