What are you working on?

• Platforms: iOS, Android, Mobile

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Manage full cycle of recruiting process: (collecting requirements, forming vacancies, sourcing, conducting HR interviews, etc.);

• Create and post job descriptions on the company’s website, relevant job boards, social media channels, LinkedIn platform;

• Keep in touch with the candidates during all the recruiting process, share the feedback;

• Create and maintain a pool of potential candidates;

• Collaborate with Hiring Managers to improve the hiring process;

• Manage the pre-boarding and onboarding process in collaboration with HR manager.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• At least 2 years of experience in IT/GameDev recruitment;

• A well-rounded insight into candidates' technical capabilities and interpersonal (soft skills) attributes;

• Deep understanding of search strategies, knowledge of tools, desire to learn and try new ones;

• Experience in sourcing using various technologies: Google X-Ray search, LinkedIn, etc.;

• Experience in using HR-system (Huntflow/HiBob/People Force etc.);

• An extensive network of contacts in professional, social networks;

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills;

• Excellent Russian language skills and advanced English knowledge (B2 level).
