You’d be responsible for overseeing transactions from start to finish to ensure smooth and successful closings. IN OFFICE POSITION • Being in the office allows for instant collaboration with agents, brokers, and other staff. • Quick answers to urgent contract questions, missing documents, or compliance issues. • Reduces delays caused by email or phone tag, ensuring faster transaction processing . Responsibilities: • Oversee the administrative tasks for home buyer and seller transactions, ensuring a smooth process from contract to close • Verify all documents for correct signatures and dates to facilitate seamless transaction processing • Input client information into the database, submit necessary documentation for file compliance, and monitor transaction activity • Ensure all required DRE and brokerage documentation is accurately completed • Quickly adapt to real estate-specific DOTLOOP software for precise record-keeping • Dispatch disclosure packages and follow up on their timely completion • Conduct a preliminary compliance audit for each file Qualifications: • ACTIVE REAL ESTATE LICENSE Previous experience in transaction management , transaction coordination, real estate, titles, or mortgages is a must-have for this role • Excellent organizational skills and communication abilities are essential for success in this position • The ideal candidate should be motivated by a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive customer experience About Company: At ehomes, we're powered by our inclusive work culture, where everyone has the support and resources to do the best work of their careers.
