We are seeking a fun, motivated Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to assist our growing Real Estate teams! Part-Time and Full-Time available People in this position receive:

• Hands-on sales training to fit the modern business world from top-performing industry executives
• Individual business mentoring from a top-performing Sales and Marketing Consultant
• Real-world marketing experience and expertise
• Opportunity for internal advancement
• Ability to earn upwards of $1500 per week through lucrative bonus structure
• Fun team culture with team nights, and team events including festivals, Pro sporting events, Disney and other fun activities

Responsibilities:

• Make calls and set appointments with prospective clients for top-performing San Diego Real Estate Agents and teams
• Opportunity to advance within the company for top performers, as well as ability to train and develop others

Qualifications: Preferred:

• College Degree (completed or in progress)
• Team experience
• Competitive nature
• Bilingual
