Job Description

Core Defender is seeking a skilled React Developer who can create efficient, high-quality front-end web applications and connect them seamlessly with the back-end using AWS services . The ideal candidate will be responsible for building the user interface, working closely with back-end developers to integrate APIs, and leveraging AWS tools such as API Gateway, Lambda, and DynamoDB . This is 100% remote positon.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain front-end web applications using React and related libraries.
• Collaborate with the back-end team to ensure seamless integration with APIs and AWS back-end services.
• Implement responsive and intuitive user interfaces using React , CSS3 , HTML5 , and modern web technologies.
• Work with AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, Cognito, DynamoDB , and S3 to integrate front-end with the back-end.
• Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability .
• Implement best practices in front-end development, including testing, code reviews, and deployment pipelines.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues related to user experience, performance, and compatibility.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure the best user experience.
• Stay updated with React and AWS trends, suggesting improvements and new technologies to the team.

Requirements

• Proven experience as React Developer with 5+ years experience with a solid portfolio of web applications.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript/ES6+, React.js, Redux, Hooks , and front-end development libraries.
• Experience in integrating RESTful APIs with front-end applications.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services such as:
  • API Gateway for building and exposing APIs.
  • Lambda for serverless function integration.
  • Cognito for user authentication.
  • DynamoDB for database management.
  • S3 for static asset hosting.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices for CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Amplify, CodePipeline).
• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 , and responsive design principles.
• Strong understanding of front-end architecture and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git .
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AWS Amplify for full-stack development and deployments.
• Knowledge of other JavaScript frameworks such as Next.js or Vue.js .
• Familiarity with GraphQL .
• Experience with TypeScript in React projects.
• Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
• Prior experience working with serverless architectures .
