As a Proposal Writer, you'll lead the development of compelling proposals for the Department of Defense and Federal Civilian agencies. Your ability to write persuasively and ensure compliance will be critical to our success.

Responsibilities:

• Lead proposal development process.
• Write and review proposal content.
• Mentor and guide team members.
• Ensure proposal compliance.
• Articulate solutions and strategies.
• Gather information for proposal sections.
• Identify and implement process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree + 4 years' experience (or Master's + 2 years) in Federal Government proposal development.
• 2+ years as a Proposal Writer or Volume Lead.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven ability to write proposal sections (technical, management, resumes, past performance).
• In-depth knowledge of proposal development life cycles and Shipley methodologies.
• Experience with complex proposals ($40M+).
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and SharePoint.
• APMP Certification (Bid & Proposal) preferred.
• Experience with U.S. Navy and other DoD branches advantageous.
• Familiarity with GWACs (e.g., Seaport NxG, GSA MAS) a plus.
• Technical editing/copy editing background desirable.
