Job Title: Project Manager (Health Domain exp)

Location: REMOTE (Within Texas state ONLY)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

• Lead and manage large IT software projects, ensuring successful project delivery exceeding $5M in value.
• Oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, resource management, risk management, and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with project management best practices, standards, and frameworks.
• Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and provide regular status reports to senior management.
• Manage project budgets, ensuring effective use of resources and cost control.
• Mitigate project risks, ensuring timely identification, assessment, and resolution of issues.
• Lead project teams and provide mentorship to junior project managers and team members.

• experience managing large IT software projects, each exceeding $5M in value.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Strong project management skills, including resource planning, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• PMP Certification is required.

• experience working in the Healthcare or Public Health sectors.
• experience managing projects with Texas project management frameworks or standards.
• Familiarity with Texas state regulations, procedures, and compliance requirements for IT projects.

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to drive project teams to successful outcomes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex project details to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
