100% Onsite Ohio NO RELOCATION standard time 8am - 5pm must have flexibility in schedule. Once a month there is an expectation that execution phase will have a variance in schedule TBD. This should not run later than 9PM.
- Ideal candidate: 2 YOE minimum of GMP Regulated Company Background. Exposure and/or experience in packaging (food or pharma ideally). Project management expertise includes Smartsheet Proficient, assembling comprehensive project plans, directing and monitoring daily work efforts, identifying resource needs, performing quality reviews, and addressing functional, quality, and timeline issues. Excels in negotiation, ensuring seamless coordination and communication across Commercial Operations, New Product Introduction (NPI), Validation, and Capital Project teams. Proactive approach, manage scope, budget, risk, and resources of medium to high complexity projects independently, utilizing advanced project management methodologies, resource management practices, and change management techniques.
- Prefers Education in Scientific, Engineering, Etc.
- Responsible for overall coordination, status reporting and stability of Process Development Commercial Operation and Validation. Establishes and implements project management processes and methodologies for the Process Development packaging and Validation to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards and meet customer expectations. Responsible for assembling project plans in combination with New Product Introduction and Capital Project team. Recommended the assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts on a daily basis, identifying resource needs, performing quality review; and escalating functional, quality, timeline issues appropriately. Responsible for tracking key project and documentation approval adjusting project plans and/or resources to meet the needs of customers. Continues communication with Commercial Operation, NPI, Validation and Capital Project Team of the enterprise that impact the scope, budget, risk, and resources of the work effort being managed. Assists Project Manager(s) and/or Program Manager(s) in identifying and prioritizing opportunities . Must possess advanced knowledge and proficiency in the use of project management methodologies and tools, resource management practices and change management techniques. This is an individual contributor role without human resource management responsibilities (e.g., hiring, performance management). Manages schedule of several projects of medium to high complexity.
Basic Qualifications - Associate degree and 2 years of experience OR 2 years in a technical school setting with hands-on experience OR High school diploma / GED and 4 years of experience

Day to Day Responsibilities: - Evaluate Capital Projects, NPI, Validation and Continues Improvements Resources and documentation require to consolidate an integrated plan for the Senior Leaders Prioritization and Projection.
