We are currently seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team at Benco Products, Inc. as a Production Assistant. As a Production Assistant, you will play a role in helping ensure the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes. Your responsibilities will include assisting with production tasks, organizing materials, operating machinery, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
The ideal candidate for this role is someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and has a strong work ethic. You should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is helpful but not required - we are willing to train the right individual who is eager to learn and grow with our company.
As a Production Assistant at Benco Products, Inc., you will receive on-the-job training, ongoing support, and the chance to advance within the company as you develop your skills and demonstrate your commitment to our mission.
The Production Assistant must be able to bend, stoop, lift and carry 50 lbs, stand/sit/walk for long periods of time and handle frequent repetitive movement. Hours are 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday through Thursday and 8:00 am to 2:30 pm on Friday.
