Job Description

DESCRIPTION

Amazon Grocery Logistics is seeking an organized, action-oriented and experienced Product Manager to work in our omni-channel space.

You will develop and manage a roadmap of features including business requirement development, UAT testing and user training. You will need to ensuring that all activities are completed on a timely basis to the highest possible standards, ensuring positive customer experience with each new implementation from day one. You will have the exciting opportunity to work on one of Amazon’s most ambitious and complex efforts to deliver a seamless experience across Amazon channels. You will work closely with the technical, supply chain, business, and operations teams on non-standard and unique business problems and use creative-problem solving skills to deliver actionable output.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, with strong attention to detail. This role requires an individual with excellent communication skills and a strong sense of business judgment who strives to drive real-world business / operational / technology decisions rather than just producing numbers and who operates independently across functional boundaries. We are looking for someone to develop a healthy obsession with understanding our customer and the challenges unique to our fulfillment model in providing services that meet the customer's needs. This person must also enjoy being a creative contributor and thrive in working in a fast-paced start-up environment.

Key responsibilities include:
- Work on product strategy, business requirements and testings plans for new features
- Lead the testing, launch process and after launch ramp up of the service to meet goals
- Responsible to identify gaps and pain points from supply chain teams and turn them into feature requests during OP1 planning cycle
- Ensure that business priorities, tech capabilities and operational capabilities (technology, resources, building readiness) are aligned
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to track deliverables and orchestrate weekly/monthly stakeholder meetings
- Improve processes by presenting post-mortems to stakeholders and implement lessons learned
