Job Description

State Date: As Soon as Possible
Location: Customer is based out of Seattle WA. 
This could be remote but some travel to the site is necessary.

Developmental work:

1. Communicate and translate user’s requirement into TC lingo and proactively seek stakeholders’ feedback along the data chain.
2. Modify data model as needed in BMIDE (business objects, extensions)
3. Write up ITK code for workflow handler, BMIDE extension, or stand-alone utilities.
4. Modify existing workflow and authorize new workflow
5. Create TC/NX attribute mapping as needed
6. *able to create basic NX CAM data to facilitate TC development.

Production support:

1. Monitor user questions/issues in production via Slack and provide triage
2. Triage other user questions/issues via various channels
3. Off-hour support/smoke test for production deployment
4. On-call rotation
5. On-call and participate resolving critical production issues

Auxiliary:

1. Work with infra team/sys admin to resolve issues in multiple TC environments
2. Provide TC tech support to other team members related to NX, AWS S3 bucket, SAP, E2Open
