The Headlines: 

In the role of Procurement Analyst working in Milwaukee, WI, you will be part of the North America Procurement team for the Brewing Materials category . The Procurement Analyst is responsible for providing analysis of key procurement data, including RFx and bid analysis, spend and volume analysis, and supplier scorecard data. You will use certain strategic sourcing principles including spend analysis, negotiation, risk mitigation, and supplier management. This role is also responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of supply contracts for a wide range of brewing materials, including malt, corn, sugar, enzymes, yeast, brewing chemicals, fruits, and flavors.

This position reports to the Sr. Category Manager – Malt & Adjuncts and works closely with cross functional teams and supplier partners.

The Responsibilities:

• Perform analysis in support of procurement initiatives, such as RFPs, category strategies, supplier management, and/or Center of Excellence (COE) processes

• Work with large data sets (both structured and unstructured) across multiple source systems for extraction, processing, exploration, and analysis

• Work closely with category management to ensure seamless execution of supply contracts.
• Ensure contract information is accurate.
• Liaise closely with the vendor and Accounts Payable to ensure payment.
• Communication with internal and external business partners and stakeholders

The Other Qualifications:

• 2 or more years of relevant experience in Procurement or Data Management

• Strong analytical and problem solving, communication, and organizational skills

• Experience with PowerPoint, Excel, (required) and data analytics experience (e.g. Power BI) preferred

• Experience with SAP, Ariba, shopping cart platforms is preferred
