HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS NEPHI  is a guest service focused hotel is seeking an energetic, out-going individual to join our team as a Part-Time Front Desk Associates.

A Front Desk Associate is someone who pays attention to details and provides above & beyond guest services to our hotel guests. They maintain all aspects of the Front Desk operations while demonstrating integrity, accountability, responsibility, multitasking and is a team player.

Front Desk Associate duties include, but are not limited to:

• Check-in’s and Check-Out’s
• Answering Phone
• Above and Beyond Guest Service
• Clear communication between all departments
• Cleaning up Public areas of the hotel throughout the shift to maintain cleanliness and positive guest first impressions
• Any other assigned task or project as directed by management

Reference checks, high school diploma, at least 1-year experience in hospitality preferred but not necessary and/ or at least 2 years’ experience in Customer Service.

• Nephi, UT 84648: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Hotel experience: 1 year (Preferred)
