Job Description:

We are looking to hire a dynamic, energetic leader to assist with managing all financial aspects of the business:

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and reports.
• Develop and manage annual budgets and standard costing.
• Conduct variance analysis and identify cost improvement opportunities.
• Provide financial insights to support management decisions.
• Oversee Mergers & Acquisitions activities and drive process improvements.
• Supervise daily accounting operations and ensure compliance with financial policies.
• Monitor inventory valuation and cost control measures.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
• Expertise in cost accounting and inventory management.
• Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of GAAP and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in process improvement and internal controls.
