(Physician/MD qualifications required) Orthopedic Surgery (Pediatric) - This top ten hospital in GA is seeking a board certified|board eligible Pediatric Orthopedic Surgeon in the beautiful and historic Macon, Georgia area. Macon is situated south of metropolitan Atlanta and within driving distance to the mountains and barrier islands of Georgia. The hospital physician group is an established multispecialty group of 200 + clinicians providing professional medical and surgical services to the hospital entities in Macon, Milledgeville, and Fort Valley, as well as, the patients in the Central Georgia area. The hospital is a 637-bed American College of Surgeons verified level one trauma center. The hospital is the teaching program for Mercer University School of Medicine and has seen phenomenal growth and expansion fostered by a cohesive Physician and Administrative leadership team striving to achieve our mission to improve health, elevate hope, and advance healing for all with a vision to be the national leader for health, learning, and community.
Our Childrens Hospital, serving 45,000 plus patients annually from 29 primary and 50 secondary Central and South Georgia counties, is the regions only dedicated pediatric hospital and one of the largest pediatric providers in the State. We are looking for a Pediatric Orthopedic Surgeon to join a well-established practice.

Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in pediatric orthopedics
Active Georgia License or ability to obtain
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Minimum of two years of experience is preferred, but not required.
