A well-respected pediatric therapy clinic in Greeley, CO is hiring an Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) to join a supportive pediatric team focused on sustainability, autonomy, and quality care. Ask about the sign-on bonus!

- Dedicated paperwork/reset blocks built into the day
- Limited back-to-back clients to protect therapist energy
- Morning + afternoon treatment blocks for better flow
- 30-minute lunch to shorten the workday
- Clinic closes at noon every Friday!
Schedule + Structure:
- Full-time: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM; Fridays until noon
- Part-time options available!
- Tiered bonus system with potential to earn an additional $3,000–$9,000 annually!
- Choose your compensation structure based on your priorities!
Pay + Benefits:
- On-target compensation: $72,000–$85,000 annually
- Bonuses for increased productivity
- $200/month ICHRA health reimbursement
- $500 annual CEU budget

- Colorado Occupational Therapy license
